• Involve offensive, illegal, or trademarked content
• Fail to meet required payment processing conditions
• Are submitted with incomplete or unusable artwork

Orders are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable sales tax (13% HST for Ontario).

3. Artwork & File Submission

Customers are responsible for the content and quality of any artwork submitted. You confirm that you have the legal right to use all graphics, logos, and text provided to us for printing. Apex Workwear is not liable for errors originating from the customer’s files, including:

• Spelling mistakes
• Low-resolution images
• Unlicensed or trademarked content
• Incorrect layout or formatting

We review all artwork prior to production for quality and legality. If an issue is found, we will contact you before proceeding. However, once production begins, no changes or reprints will be allowed.

4. Pricing, Discounts & Promotions

Prices listed on the website are in CAD and may be updated without notice. We may offer bulk discounts, wholesale pricing, and promotional codes from time to time. These are provided at our discretion and may be subject to change or expiration without notice.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details.
